what’s your return/exchange policy?

Return Instruction
If you would like to return an item to irexmedia.us, please follow the instructions below within 15 days of delivery. Pack the goods securely in the first package that came with the goods. All bags must be returned in good condition. If received damaged, please contact customer service.

What happens if the item was “Returned to Sender”?
If your order has been listed as “undeliverable” and returned to us, we’ll ship the
package to you at no additional cost

What happens if my item is damaged?
If your item is defective or defective in any way on our part, we will replace it at no additional charge. Damaged goods cannot be returned. If we are unable to exchange an item due to inventory issues, we will refund or resend you a similar item of your choice.

What happens if my item is broken after washing?

What do I do if I received the incorrect product or if my product is defective?

If this happens, we are very sorry. Email us at Mail: support@irexmedia.us and tell us your order number and how we do it. We will take care of you and cover all costs so that you get the right product. We will send you a replacement item and purchase your shipment to return it to us. We are human and we make mistakes. We will confirm to fix the problem as soon as possible!
